Your private life.
You decide.
A journal for you.
And, if you want, a profile for your friends.
Under your lock.

IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING
Good to know.
What can I keep in Hoedex?
Encounters organised by nationality, with a date and an optional nickname and note. Each encounter gets a passport stamp. The map shows the nationalities in your story, rather than where the encounters took place.
Do I need internet or location access?
Your map and journal work offline. Internet is needed to save changes to your account, restore them on another phone and use Friends. Hoedex does not ask for your location.
Can I back up or sync my journal?
Yes. Sign in with Apple or Google to save your encounters, notes, dates and stamps. Restore them using the same account and provider. Before changing phones, check in Settings that everything is saved. Without an account, your journal stays only on that device.
Can I change the app's language?
Yes. Hoedex supports English and Spanish. Choose your language in Settings and switch whenever you like. Your nicknames and notes stay just as you wrote them.
Where can I download it?
Hoedex is available for free on the App Store for iPhone with iOS 17 or later and iPad with iPadOS 17 or later. The journal, Friends and sync are free. Hoedex Pro adds customisation, insights and Rewind with an optional one-time purchase, with no subscription.
